You guys know how much I LOVE valved exhaust systems. Luckily for us, the C6 Corvette Z06 has valves built into the mufflers. Chevy calls it the NPP Exhaust. The problem is that on the C6 platform the driver cannot control when to open/close them. So today we did our first modification on the Vette. The Mild to Wild Switch. It's a wireless way to control the valves. Super simple DIY, takes no time at all and is relatively inexpensive. You just have to tap into an existing fuse, ground it and you're good to go! After install I take a drive and give you guys a GoPro POV of the sound, it is substantial in person, however the GoPro doesn't make it that apparent. Again I wish I could go full pulls for you guys, but we're still waiting for our LS7 heads appointment. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this mod if you have a Corvette with the NPP option.
