This is an unfortunate situation that sometimes comes about. If you are selling your home, and the lender and buyer's appraisal comes in lower, what can you do? Dispute the appraisal? Cancel the transaction? Ask for a larger down payment from the buyer?

In this video I talk about a few situation that happen when the appraisal comes in lower. The agents, seller, buyer, and lender are all involved in the outcome of this situation.
