To enable Remote Open press left menu button on the left side of the steering wheel to enter the main menu. Scroll down to Settings and press OK. Now select Vehicle and press OK again. Select Windows and here you can turn it on or switch it off.

To use the feature first press Unlock button on the key fob and then press and hold Unlock button for a few seconds. Front windows should go down.
