Back in 2018, I made a video for a recipe for Viking Blood Mead, a Cherry Melomel dating back to the 1300's. This video put City Steading Brews on the map, so to speak. It's old, not as good quality as we do today, and has some wrong information in it. So, I decided to re-edit it, correct some mistakes and put all the parts together so it's easier to watch from start to finish. It's a bit of nostalgia for those of you who've been with us all these years, and maybe something interesting for new viewers.
