Welcome to our brand new series, looking at films from every country across the world. We will be splitting up our episodes to look at films from each continent. For our first video, we're going to looking at the cinema of Western Europe and the Nordic Countries. ELIGIBILITY & NOTES
- We have heavily researched the eligibility for all of the featured film's countries of origin. Looking at aspects such as the nationalities of the directors and producers, filming locations, the origin of financial support, production companies, award wins, and much more, therefore the countries of origin are accurate.
- We aren't technically listing the "best" films of each country, but rather a film that we personally believe to be a worthy representation of the country of origin's film industry.
- This list isn't just limited to narrative features, we are allowing documentaries and short films too, specifically for those countries with a more sparse film industry.
