Day 5 Meal Plan of a Raw Vegan:
Breakfast: Smoothie: 4-6 oranges
1/2-1 pineapple
2 cups of coconut or normal water
Lunch: Smoothie: 4-6 bananas
3 celery stalks
Dinner: start with acid fruit (2-4 oranges and some strawberries)
3-6 spiraled zucchini
colored bell peppers, 1/2 of each
my delicious tomato dressing!
• 4 Raw Vegan Dressings!
Tomato Cery Basil Dressing:
6 tomatoes
3-4 stalks of celery
1 stalk of green onion
