Tom's Birthday Celebration Meal!
I always get asked what to make for special occasions like birthdays, holidays or entertaining. This is one of my favorite meals to make for family and company. Even the non plant based eaters love this meal. A chef once told me to keep entertaining from being overwhelming, strive to only make three dishes. That advice works well for this meal!
