Marvin Gaye's family claims that Robin Thicke's hit song "Blurred Lines" is a blatant rip-off of Marvin's classic song 'Got to Give It Up." In a deposition on Monday in Los Angeles, Robin denied that he ripped off Marvin's classic song, stating, "Musically there is no similarity." But he does reveal other bombshells not even about music! The singer admits that he was high during an appearance on "Oprah's Next Chapter," adding, "With all due respect I was high and drunk whenever I did an interview last year." Also in the deposition, there's a strange personal exchange. Was he hinting about infidelity? He was asked, "Do you pick and choose when to tell the truth?" And he answered, "Absolutely not. I told my wife the truth; that's why she left me." In an interview with "The Insider With Yahoo" in 2013, Robin said, "Every song I make, there's a little Marvin Gaye in there." Check out this video to see more from his deposition, and tune in to "The Insider With Yahoo" on TV tonight.
