Recipe and ingredients:

570 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon sugar.
1 tablespoon yeast.
120 ml warm milk. 1 large egg.
140 ml warm water.

Vegetable oil 20 ml.
Grease the cup with vegetable oil.
Cover with a lid and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Divide into 12 equal parts.
Roll each part into a ball.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Press lightly with your hand.
Lubricate with oil.

Let stand for 30 minutes.
