This is the Mercedes SLR McLaren Stirling Moss, and my first time at the wheel of the iconic hyper speedster! With only 75 in the world, this particular car is part of @AdelsGarage in Kuwait, who has made this amazing opportunity possible. Come along for the ride with us to experience it all!

Mercedes-Benz and McLaren teamed up to produce the SLR McLaren, originally in Coupe form, before the 722 arrived as a more focused limited edition of only 150 units. These were followed by the SLR Roadster and then the 722 S - the latter again limited to only 150, however, the icing on the cake came with the final model, the SLR Stirling Moss, a tribute to the legend and his escapades in the 300 SLR of the 1950s, this time with only 75 made.

In the years since, we've seen the likes of the Ferrari Monza SP1/SP2, McLaren Elva, and Aston Martin V12 Speedster, however, the SLR Stirling Moss stands out as the first to really try to this form factor. While I've been lucky to experience each of the others, there's something about this particular car that has always fascinated me, and how better to drive it for the first time than joining Dr Adel Quttainah for a run to the Kuwait Towers at sunset.

Equipped with the original Oakley SLR Stirling Moss goggles, and a 5.4l Supercharged V8 that's ready to purr away, come along for the experience of this special machine, and a genuine first hand experience of what it's like at the wheel.
