This is the 2nd video in a 3-part video series, in which the scratch-build of Uncle Doug's Suprinceton is shown in detail, preparing it for installation in an original Supro Supreme tweed cabinet. We paint and letter the chassis, install all the components in the chassis, then begin the process of wiring all the components together into a functional circuit. Several modifications are made to the Fender 6G2 Princeton circuit, which is the basis for the build, including a switchable NFB Loop, a switchable cathode bypass cap for the second triode of V1, and a unique grounding method in which all the HV circuit grounds are connected directly to the HV Center Tap, rather than the aluminum chassis. In addition we will have a discussion of electrolysis, which can adversely affect the combination of aluminum and steel, and take three brief hot-rod-related breaks from the "drudgery" of wiring and completing the chassis.
