The other night we made the best homemade enchiladas we've ever had using the Instant Pot and Instant Omni. If you don't have one of these products I would highly recommend getting them but you can also convert this recipe to use your crock pot, stove top, and oven. Our S.O.B. (South of the Border) Meat Sprinkles was the only seasoning used in this recipe.
