Following claims by Nina Jane Patel that her Horizon Worlds avatar was virtually gang raped by three or four metaverts, and multiple other reports of sexual assault in VR metaverses. Using video games I explore the technical and psychological factors from an anecdotal perspective that might make VR assault feel real.
