Ingredients

For the Kebab:
800g Lamb mice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper


To serve:
Slice your meat and serve in some kebab wraps we added:
red onion
tomato
lettuce
garlic and italian herb yogurt
hot sauce
