This video demonstrates how to install a ThermalVATBAND TVB-161, V2 and V321. Female jack is on 161. We did away with the lose female jack. The V2 and V321 is a direct connection to the power adapter.
When your thermostat goes black, your temperature has reached the 90F range and will cycle back down to the ideal range. Keep in mind this is the outer temperature; the inside temperature is 10 degrees lower and may vary based on ambient temperature. The cycling prevents the FEP shrinking and prolongs the life of the VATBAND. The ideal range will always be maintained from 75°F to 85°F. Turning up the power will increase the cycle process, not the temperature. Using a splitter, you can add three VATBANDS to one power source. The power will dedicate each notch to one VATBAND with 3 VATBANDS attached, you can only increase the power by 3 notches. Watch the light, and when it blinks, you have maxed the power band. Slightly turn it down till the blinking stops.
