In this Video I'll de-mystify the difference between a Product Manager and a Project Manager at big tech companies like Amazon.

I made this video because tons of people seem to think that Product Managers are Project Managers, but in many cases the roles differ quite a bit.

Product Managers focus on uncovering customer pain points, and prioritizing solutions for those pain points. On the other hand, Project Managers tend to focus more on ensuring all stakeholders have visibility on the status of numerous projects, they work to mitigate project blockers, and they focus on process improvements.
