400 g frozen or fresh spinach
700 g potatoes
400 ml cooking cream
60 g grated cheese (parmesan or pecorino)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil, salt

31x20 cm baking tray
oven 200°C - 400°F for 25 minutes

VARIANTS:
Vegan by replacing the cooking cream with soy cream
plant-based cheese
Light by replacing the cream with Greek yogurt
