Apple just released the 2nd Release Candidate Build of iOS 14.3 just two days after the release of iOS 14.3 RC. This update is identical to the first RC build but just with an additional, unspecified bug fix. This 2nd RC build could also have something to do with the upcoming AirPods Max and Fitness+ service.
