The BMW M135i is a new hot hatch from BMW. Unlike the old M140i, it is no longer a rear-wheel-drive vehicle, nor does it have a six-cylinder engine. It runs a front-drive platform with added xDrive all-wheel-drive with a turbo four-cylinder. So, is the new M135i a good hot hatch? Is it better than a Golf R? To find out, Tom heads to the Yarra Valley in the 2020 M135i to find out.
What do you think of the new 1 Series? Should they have kept RWD? Is it outclassed by an Audi S3 or a Mercedes-AMG A35? Let me know all your thoughts in the comments.
