After 20 years of prostrating, I've finally found the absolute best setup for prostrations. Info. provided in video.
I've also provided a demo of correct posture for prostrations themselves. Many people do them incorrectly, and like any other physical movement or excersize, when you do, there is danger of injury. Prostrations do not strain the knees or the back when done properly.
