My soundtrack is inspired by the mission of Amazon Frontlines as well as by a personal experience. Many years ago, as part of a research group, I had the privilege of visiting the Tupé Sustainable Development Reserve outside of Manaus, in Amazonas, Brazil. The sights and sounds of the jungle, the magnificence of the Rio Negro, not to mention the unique experience of seeing a few the indigenous villages, and witnessing first hand the conjunction of the Rio Negro with the Solimões River ( together they birth the Amazon river)... these are experiences I will never forget.
