Trump Media and Technology Group, the social media company behind Truth Social, has merged with its chosen SPAC and started to trade. Trump Media as a company is not a super great business, according to SEC filings, but with that and great debuts from Reddit and Astera Labs in the same week, it could signal good news for the IPO window.
