Ellen chatted with Tahar Rahim, star of the hit Netflix series "The Serpent," which centers on a real-life serial killer in the 1970s. He explained that while he ultimately decided not to meet with the murderer he portrayed, there was still a part of him that wanted to see how and if he'd con him in real life.
