SLOW LIVING TIPS for Busy People 🍵🌿 Today's video is a slow living guide. I share 10 slow living ideas for incorporating a slow living lifestyle in busy and hectic times. This video about how to live slowly is inspired by a question that I keep getting from my viewers lately. Namely how to simplify your life and how to live slowly when we're living a busy, fast-paced life. When we have a lot on our plate, and need to balance many different aspects of life.

For me, part of intentional living is creating moments in my days for a slow lifestyle. What is slow living? And how do we make time for it? I've learned that even more important than how much time we have, is what we do with that time. The trick for me, is in being mindful and intentional. In embracing JOMO instead of FOMO ("Joy of missing out" instead of "Fear of missing out"). And a few other things. In today's video, I explain more :)
