I get people asking if the engine removal is required on the 6.0. I make these videos to try and help people and show how I do it. Some things I hesitate to show because it opens me up for insults. Feel free to completely remove the radiator or engine if this seems like it will be a poor seal to you. I even reseal the bedplate this way with NO comebacks to date. I've been doing it this way since 03. Yes I resealed a bedplate the year they came out.
