In this part of my truck organization project, I build an under seat organizer for my 2007 GMC Sierra Duramax Truck. This is a great DIY project that can be done in an afternoon with pretty basic tools. I used plywood for my box but it could be made of MDF or other materials.

I made mine only cover part of the floor because I usually flip the seat up to haul my electronics needed for my work .

the dimensions for the box are:

Sides 17" x 7.5" sloping down to 4"
The front is 33" x 7.5 "
I used 1/2 inch plywood so the overall depth of the box is 17.5 if you use a different thickness of of wood you may have to adjust for it if you want the same dimensions.

Materials:
1/2" sanded plywood
5-6 oz veg tanned leather
#16 7/16 upholstery nails
mahogany stain
clear coat
5/16 Threaded Rod
5/16 Washers
5/16 Jam Nuts
5/16 Cap Nuts
1 1/4" Wood Screws

Tools used:
Table Saw
Jigsaw
Drill
Impact Driver
Drill bits
Razor knife
Leather Stylus
Hammer
