Today is all about quick and easy. We’re doing Chinese style stir fried celery, and mushrooms. If you constantly find yourself wondering what to do with the extra celery that’s in your fridge. This is a recipe for you. Not only is it quick and easy but it’s also one of my favorite stirfry dishes and it’s really healthy. Ingredients:
✏️Celery - A Whole
✏️Boiling water
✏️Pinch of salt
✏️6 or 7 Cloves - Garlic
✏️4 - 5 nos - Ginger (Sliced)
✏️Oil
✏️200g - White shitake Mushroom
✏️2 tbsp - Soy sauce
✏️1 tbs - Oyster sauce
✏️2 tbsp - Kambucha
✏️White pepper
