This is a full review of the new 2019 Honda Civic LX. The car now comes standard with Honda sensing, LED daytime running lights, auto high beams and more. The new Honda Civic still features a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder with the CVT transmission that gets 32 mpg city and 42 mpg highway. It's a great car for under $22,000.
