First of all, there are obvious risks associated with doing this. It must be incredibly cold outside (-25 degrees Celsius or colder), and the water must me boiling hot for the water to move from one state of matter to another instantly. I talked for too long, hence the hot water droplets on my head. I have done this before, so knew the results, but be careful.
