Restoring TRASHED PS4's - From Boxes of Parts to Working Consoles - I bought 2 boxes of PS4 parts on eBay for $122. After separating out the parts and doing some testing I work on repairing what I can. I'm able to clean corrosion off the motherboard, replace some parts such as a midframe and disc drive, straighten a top plate, solder on a new power button ribbon cable connector, replace a harddrive, solder on an HDMI port (including repairing some of the traces), and replace some covers. It took a while but I ended up with 1 working PS4 Original and 1 working PS4 Slim!

About This Video: I bought two boxes containing the parts from three PS4s. After sorting through everything and doing some testing I was able to get to work restoring the consoles. Using parts from all the consoles (plus some additional parts I had already) I was able to get two of the consoles working again!
