“Why are you so quiet?” is the question that most of us, introverts, get in group gatherings. And we feel bad for our silence, which pressure us to talk about the topics we are not interested in just to not be seen as an outcast. Right?

Actually, it turns out that when looked and made use of from another perspective, silence can be our power and all of us can reach the point of life when we can respond back to the above question without feelings of guilt “Why should I be noisy?”
I am a passionate teacher, sharing all what I find valuable with those in search of this knowledge.

My favorite life motto is " Life is like dancing. When you dance, you never question why you do so nor look for any meaning behind it. You just enjoy". And I try to find this enjoy in everything what I do with full presence : let it be staying homeless, listening to music under rain, and eating slightly overburnt meal that I cooked myself. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
