This homeowner had water leaking through their ceiling and called a plumber to check it out. Upon inspection, the plumber found that the leaks were not coming from the plumbing pipes or drain. They cut a hole in the ceiling and determined it must be the tile shower pan that is leaking. The homeowners called me out to diagnose the leak and find out if if can be repaired.
