Dethaw your bird 3-4 days (We use a 13lb turkey you can fry up to 18 lbs however we found bigger isn't always better)
Pre heat Peanut Oil to 375 degrees (Choose a safe space where a fail wont burn your house down)
Remove Giblets and plastic Hock Lock
Wash your bird
Rub your bird (Cajun & Creole)
Mount up on the Turkey stick
TURN OFF FLAME
WEAR GLOVES
Slowly lower into the peanut oil jacuzzi
Reheat ignitor bringing oil back to 350 degrees
Fry your Turkey for 3 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees (We have learned over time 3 minutes per pound is the best ratio meat stays moist and pulls off the bones)
TURN OFF FLAME
WEAR GLOVES
Remove Turkey from fryer.
Let meat rest for atleast 20 minutes before carving
