I occasionally get questions about engineering and felt like a lot of people could benefit from this one.

Note the first math class (251) on that sheet is differential calculus, not differential equations. They sound similar but the latter is literally the LAST most advanced calculus you take as an engineer. Definitely don't start with that one! I should also mention a math placement test is a good first step to see if a lower level math class prior to calculus is a better place to start.
