Travelling with a 2 month old baby to Sardinia, Italy!

We loved our time in Sardinia, with Hunter’s first flight travelling at 2 months old 🥰 obsessed with this Move carrier from @babybjorn for our trip, it’s so comfortable & perfect for travel & hiking!

& my personal fave place to eat was Il Fare Restaurant. But we just used Google maps searching for top-rated restaurants that did pizza, especially the neopolitan type 😋

Tips for travelling with a baby:
- use an app to time feeds to know when you can be out & about / expect to feed (we use huckleberry)
- plane ✈️ try to nurse on takeoff to help with the ear pressure
- bring plenty of change of clothes (for 7 days we brought 14 onesies & 8 vests. We probably used about 10 onesies and a few vests)
- don’t bother with outfits unless you really want to. Use just onesies & vests for ease
- You can take the stroller all the way up to the gate, and you get fast track in security etc (we felt like we were VIP, it was great!)
- Bring a travel changing mat. Ours came with our travel bag which was from @jemandbea convenient to use in any location
- bring gripe water & a syringe 💦 for gas, definitely useful!
- using booking.com you can see which hotels / stays have cribs available & whether they’re free or not. Super useful!
- bring your own blankets, we fit all Hunter’s stuff in between my bag & his changing bag + the blankets went in too.
- give yourself extra time & slow things down. You won’t be able to do as much as normal, but you can certainly still pack in what’s important to you! We hiked, we went to the beach, we ate at great restaurants, we just took it a lot slower than we normally would.
