In this video I remove my intake manifold and replace it with a ported manifold from @454Chuy. While I had the manifold removed, I went ahead and replaced the spark plugs. Normal spark plug replacement intervals is 100,000 miles. My truck also has a Soler Performance throttle body and a Trifecta Tune. Adding the intake manifold compliments both these mods and makes the truck run even better than from the factory!

The ported intake manifold removes material on the inside of the throttle body port and the intake runners going into the cylinders to increase power, throttle response and fuel economy.

Spark Plug Torque = 13 ft/lbs
Everything else in this video is 89 inch/lbs (snug tight)
