On this day at the newest road course track in Texas, G2 Motorsports Park, I learned how incredible the Camaro SS 1LE was! I've tracked a ZL1 1LE, I've tracked a Camaro SS, and I've even tracked a Camaro V6. But this was the first time I tracked this car and I fell in love with it. Everything about it was perfect for the weekend warrior track day enthusiast. from the automatic mats rev, the smooth as butter, manual transmission, the great grip, it provides and predictable handling, and even the breaking, this car is definitely something every track day enthusiast can appreciate. The car has plenty of power, and it does everything that you would want for a track day car, allowing you to hone your skills, but also have a weapon at the track that can be one of the fastest cars that day. the price point of this car is great, and maintenance on. It should not break the bank. Honestly, I might start looking to get one 😅... I want to give a huge shout out to Mike at Brink Of Speed for handing me the keys to allow me to run his car at the track. Now, although I did run hard, I was not going 100% because it's not my car, but we still put in some decent laps and had a good time doing it.
