This might be the craziest but at at the same time best homemade pasta recipe yet. The dough is slowly fermented over 4 weeks to create superb tasting flavour.

Ingredients for the dough (2 servings):
- 200g flour
- 2 medium eggs, or 100g water
- 40g of stiff sourdough starter
- 2g salt

For the sauce I used some sourdough sandwich bread croutons paired with a nice creamy gorgonzola sauce. Retrospectively a sweet tomato sauce could have been a better pairing.
