I had RNY Gastric Bypass on December 1, 2020 at Mexico Bariatric Center in Tijuana Mexico with Dr. Rodriguez Lopez. I created this channel to talk about my experience and how I have approached this process, before and after surgery.

There are some changes that are recommended for life. We often call them lifestyle changes and they are things we should put into practice as a habit forever after surgery. One of those recommendations is to wait 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after a meal before drinking water again. Why is that recommended, and how do you stay hydrated with such a strict eating and drinking schedule after surgery?
