Ford pulled a fast one on us after almost 2 decades of the dana super 60 front drive axle in all superduty trucks now most as of 2023 and 2024 model years are the new M235 axle. The new m235 axle is weaker and much like the dana 50 is a scaled down dana 60 and uses its axle housing and outers but with weaker internal parts.

I didnt realize this when i bought my truck and im disappointed to find out it is both weaker and dana 60 locker/ differential options do not fit.

There is no support for this axle as of now and because its all different you would need to upgraded to match the outgoing dana 60 (m256 axle).

The only trucks we have find in 2023 and 2024 to be fitted with a dana 60 (M256) is the tremor and the f450. The f350 drw has the downgraded axle regardless of package as well as F250 and single wheel F350.
