Clifford Jones was a good man who finally paid his dues, and has finally free of the criminal justice system. He spent 34 years in jail, and was a close friend and was one of the most intelligent people I've known. It appears that he was walking on the sidewalk on 15th in Seattle when a drunk Auburn, WA off-duty cop veered off the road, hit a telephone pole and then killed Clifford. He just got a wonderful place to live, was completely clean for 2 straight years and this. The positive? He had changed so much, his family had him attend his father's funeral service. He was so glad that his family now has a memory of him as his real self---an incredibly intelligent, and wonderful man. He told me he was so glad they got to see him this way, and to be at his father's funeral service. He will be missed.
