This is one of the hardest vids I’ve ever put together. In terms of trying to make it make sense, you know? I fell for Steven x Layla SO. HARD. I didn’t particularly like Marc as a character throughout the show, so I really struggled to get his and Layla’s relationship. But you can’t really make a Steven/Layla vid without Marc, can you? x) So I started this after episode 4 leaning more towards the idea how Steven is more honest and actually makes Layla smile unlike Marc who constantly made her cry… And then ep. 5 & 6 happened and we didn’t really have anything new with Stayla and this ended up being a mess (and Marc stopped being such an a-hole, so there was that, too, the whole emotional aspect of the vid I had in my head didn’t exactly pan out x))
ANYWAY. Hope you enjoy it nonetheless! I sure hope they plan on bringing them into the movies since the show is somehow not continuing, Layla is my second favorite MCU gal after Wanda now. :(
