I REALLY want to buy this - AM I NUTS?

Full Disclosure - I don't know a lot about RV's but I have heard for years now that the grand daddy of all motorhomes are the diesel pushers. This is a 2006 Newmar Mountain Aire 4141 on a Spartan chassis . Even though it's older, it only has 42,000 miles / 69,000 kms which is nothing for a heavy duty platform and Cummins diesel power plant which are good for 200K+ miles.
