Pick Up My PODS Please! Customer Service Nightmare with PODS!!

Have you ever had difficulty trying to get PODS to pick up your PODS? Here is the nightmare I'm experiencing with PODS.

The collections department is telling me to call customer service to pay my bill but they won't pick up their calls or the numbers are out of service.

Here are all the phone number I have called and the email address I have to get PODS to pick up the PODS. These are either customer service lines or the collections department line.

UPDATE - 5/9/2022. I was able to get an answer on one of the phone numbers today. I talked to 3 people. I told the person who answered that I wanted to get the PODS picked up and then was transferred to a specialist to solve this (which is weird because I would have thought everyone would be trained to make arrangements for the company to come and get their property).

I then spoke with someone who took my payment using the credit card they already had on file for my payments (I didn't have to give them the credit card details over the phone again, they simply confirmed the card by stating the last 4 digits of the card number).

Then I was transferred to another specialist who made arrangements for the PODS to be picked up but the weird thing was that they had to fill our a form manually on their end (I'm not sure why).

This took me almost and hour (51 minutes) to get confirmation that the pods would be picked up sometime tomorrow but I wouldn't need to be there for the pick up and that it was not time specific at this point.

Then I received an email from Marissa Ralston asking me what day and time I want the PODS picked up. She also left me a voice message. I emailed back explaining that I thought I had made arrangements for the PODS to be picked up and to please confirm that they will be picked up tomorrow.
