The spookiest time for 3D Printing is here. I am excited to share my newest Halloween 3D Print time lapses. Links to printing these spooky models can be found at the end of the description. Each of these 3 Halloween 3D prints are all at least 150mm tall and require some serious time invested. My shortest print here, the 3D printed scary tree stump took over 11 hours to print with the longest by far being the 3D printed voronoi pumpkin which clocked in at over 24 hours of printing!

The most difficult of these Halloween models to print was the pumpkin by Dzingof. The total time to print was well over 24 hours due to the intricate details of the print. With some careful editing in Meshmixer I got the print down to 16 hours which made more room for a remote control LED inside. The Halloween spooky tree was likely the easiest of the 3 prints but it did have some stringing on the upper part of the mouth that had to be trimmed off afterward.

How Time Lapse 3D Prints Work
After each .2 MM layer( That is barely thicker than a sheet of paper!) the 3D printer pauses, moves the extruder to the rear of the printer, takes a photo and then continues the print giving the illusion of the print appearing from thin air.
