A story about the time I went to an Arctic Monkeys gig in Newcastle and had a fairly rubbish night.

This video is only meant to be taken lightly as it was years ago, but it wasn't until I watched it back that I realised it's actually something I should probably take more seriously. Ultimately, at the time, I wasn't eating enough, I had anxiety around food/eating around people, lack of energy and I had panic attack. Not ideal at all.
