This is our first full build episode on this channel. Ilya, Matt and Chris forge, grind and fabricate the Demon Dweller Sword of Asta from Black Clover. This build has everything. Blacksmithing, Bladesmithing Power Hammer forging, Hand forging, duo striking, Punching and drifting, grinding and much much more! If you liked Black Clover or just are into blacksmithing and bladesmithing than this is the video for you! The heat treat alone on a big blade like this was a huge risk and to make it even more fun Ilya did a water quench.

Asta's Demon Dweller is bright and shiny when someone with mana wields it but when Asta uses it, it is quite crude. We decided to forge all of the parts and leave them as close to "as is" after forging to mimic this look and I think you will agree that it looks awesome!
