In this demonstration, Dr Nirala Jacobi demonstrates a three minute maneuver anyone can try at home to free a stuck illeocecal valve.

The ileocecal valve is a small segment between the small and large intestine. The valve is supposed to prevent back flow of large intestinal contents (that are teeming with bacteria) back into the small intestine. It can be stuck open or closed, causing abdominal and digestive symptoms, including SIBO. In this video, I show you how to get it "unstuck" with this simple maneuver.
