This amazing 'sculpture', known as "the only rollercoaster in the world that you can ride on foot" is located in the south of Duisburg, Germany. Duisburg has been struggling with its focus and image for the pas decades. Because the city has always been a place of heavy industry ans powerplants. But during the second halve of the 20th century, many of the factories, mines and Powerplants had to scale down or close because of the competetion from mainly Asia. Duisburg decided to become a city of culture and art. 'Tiger and Turtle' is one the many examples that confirms the new status of Duisburg, It's an amazing work of art, especially at night. I visited Tiger and Turtle on a cold night in november. You have to do some walking and climbing to get there (T&T is located on a hill) but the experience is worth you time!
