On 13 March 2024, BEREC held its Public debriefing on the outcomes of the 58th BEREC ordinary meetings.

The BEREC Chair, Tonko Obuljen, and the Working Group Co-chairs introduced and discussed the adopted documents, announced the call for early inputs from stakeholders to the outline of the BEREC Work Programme 2025, and gave some insights on the key takeaways from the BEREC study trip to Brazil.

During this online debriefing, BEREC launched public consultations on draft documents related to cloud and edge computing services, and on the entry of large content and application providers (CAPs) into the markets for electronic communications networks and services. The BEREC Working Group Co-Chairs also introduced the BEREC Opinion on Meta's draft reference offer to facilitate WhatsApp interoperability under Article 7 of the Digital Markets Act and its ongoing work on the high-level position on Artificial Intelligence.
